Now that the days are finally getting warmer, and more of us are setting off on our exciting travel adventures, now seems like a great time to unleash our new photo competition onto the world!

Travel is all about spreading your wings, enjoying new experiences and exploring different cultures  – but mostly, it’s about having fun – and lots of it! Getting away from it all, and living life in  a new setting, is liberating. It encourages us to embrace the joy and excitement that life has to offer, break out of our comfort zone and enjoy the funny and unexpected moments that crop up along the way.

How to Enter

We would like you to submit a photo (or more than one if you like) that you feel sums up the sentiment #keeptravelfun . The creative brief is very open, but the winning photos will be the ones that an independent panel of judges collectively feel best illustrates the fun that travel can be. It could be an image of you and a group of friends ‘dabbing’ on the Inca Trail, a photo of you posing with a friend you made along the way (animal or human), or a photo of you doing something that you’ve always dreamed of doing, and putting a big tick on your ever-increasing bucketlist. The photo can be taken whilst you’re on a UK staycation, or whilst you’re away anywhere in the world. Please see the full terms and conditions at the bottom of the page, plus the entry form. How to Enter

The deadline to get your entry photo to us is midday on Friday 30th June 2017, and we will then pick out a shortlist for our independent panel of judges to pick the prizewinners from. They will be looking for images that best encapsulate #keeptravelfun  – think colour, smiles, humour and living life to the full. You also have the opportunity to enter an accompanying caption, so think about what emphasises the fun aspect of your photo, and what is happening in it. All images will be put in a Facebook gallery that we pin to the top of the page, so you must have the permission of people in the photo to share in this way, and it must be your own photo.
